Payment Information
We understand insurance coverage may be difficult to understand. Here at Park Valley we strive to help you understand your out of pocket costs and copays you will be responsible for so you are not taken by surprise when bills add up.
Our office operates as if new patients have not met their deductible. During your deductible period you will be asked to pay the amount allowed by your insurance. Please be prepared to make these payments at the time of your visit. This prevents your outstanding balance from becoming unmanageable and interfering with the consistency of your treatment.
We encourage you to be aware of your deductible and/or any savings accounts your insurance company or employer may offer. Please do not hesitate to call our office with any questions.
